A 33-year old woman in Hull, England, suffers from a rare condition that has made her look heavily pregnant for the past 15 years.

Joanne Turton suffered from the condition, which has left her with a bloated stomach, since she was 18 years old and even when she was pregnant with her daughter who is now five years old. Doctors have struggled to find out exactly why she suffers from the condition and she was left without any hope of cure.

“Ever since I've had this condition I've had a bloated stomach and it looks like I am eight months pregnant. It hurts all the time and I get stabbing pains in my side. It has affected me all my life and means I can't go out and socialize with friends like a normal person”, Joanne said.
