Being Focused on a Goal and Enjoying It Makes Time Fly
Time flies and though this may sound clichéd, scientists took time out to unravel the mystery of time, to understand what makes time fly.
Researchers say that goal motivated fun is what makes time go by quickly. The excitement of performing a goal oriented task just seems to make time go by in the blink of an eye.

When we are driven by the challenges in life and wish to achieve a goal with a positive approach, all our energies are so focused that we keep unwanted negative thoughts at bay.

On the contrary, those who are emotionally low and have unnecessary negative thoughts feel so bogged down, that time moves at a snail’s pace.

Enjoying what you do is key to having agood time.

“It seems to be the goal pursuit or achievement-directed action we’re engaged in those matters. Just being content or satisfied may not make time fly, but being excited or actively pursuing a desired object can,” researchers said.
