Beware of Gout Which is Witnessing an Increase Due to Obesity

Uric acid is formed in the body due to the breakdown of food, beer and wine and is a waste product.

If the body produces uric acid in excess, tiny crystals will be formed in the joints. This becomes very painful and causes inflammation of the joints.
