Yoga is Becoming Rage Among Hollywood Celebrities
Hindu statesman Rajan Zed has urged yoga fascinated celebrities to explore the spiritual dimension of yoga also, because actually yoga is a mental and physical discipline by means of which the human-soul (jivatman) unites with universal-soul (parmatman).
"Naked yoga" is also making its presence felt across USA with various naked yoga groups showing up, who see nudity as a deep spiritual experience and to blend with oneness.
"Doga yoga", which is also popping up at some places, is a dog-owner partner yoga where both do yoga postures together and it can include eye-gazing meditation to enhance the bond between them.
Zed pointed out that some sages had described yoga as the silencing of all mental transformations, which lead to the total realization of the Supreme Self. Some had used yoga attempting to gain liberation by removing all sensory barriers.
