Women Who Quit Smoking During Pregnancy Still Have Risks
Women who stop smoking during pregnancy are still at risk of giving birth to premature babies, a new study says.

The study involved 244,000 mothers across NSW also found that if a mother had one premature baby the risk of her having another one also increased.

Women who had a small first baby were 4.7 times more likely to have a small second baby, the study added. The details are due to appear today in the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
