 Winter Weight Needs to Go
After spending many winter months at home, you suddenly find that the pounds have piled up. No surprises there as winter is a weight-gaining season as most people prefer to spend time indoors.

However now is the time to get rid of those unwanted pounds. The best way to do this is to eat balanced meals that contain sufficient amounts of carbs, protein and fats.

If you try to cut calories drastically, you will end up compromising your health and any weight loss that results will surely come back. Some foods that contain just 100 calories are filling as well as weight-friendly. Half an apple with 2 teaspoons peanut butter and two fruit juice bars are some exaples.

Do not try to abandon all your favorite foods. Instead slowly reduce what you regularly eat.
