Was Paris Conning Doctors With Fake Illness?
Though Sheriff Lee Baca has justified placing Paris Hilton under house arrest by citing a life-threatening psychiatric condition as the reason, it seems that Judge Michael T Sauer who ordered her back to the slammer was quite sure that the socialite was 'conning' doctors.

On Larry King's show, Larry Waldie, who had informed Judge Sauer about Hilton's early release, said that Sauer 'didn't care', and that he even hinted that Hilton was trying to mislead medics.

Steve Whitmore, LA Sheriff's department spokesperson confirmed that Waldie, informed the judge about the hotel heiress' house arrest.

Whitmore added that Judge Sauer was 'prejudicial', and that he decided the sentence even without seeing Hilton's medical report.

"The judge was prejudicial. He made up his mind without ever seeing a medical report," he said.
