Talking Over the Phone can be Therapeutic for Chronic Pain

In a recent study, researchers found that talking over the phone and exercise can bring about pain relief for those with chronic widespread pain.

Fibromyalgia, or chronic widespread pain can be eased by exercise and cognitive behavioral therapy over the phone, researchers said.

During the study, researchers found that patients reported feeling better  after six months of the treatment with both approaches.
