Hay fever is pretty common in the spring and summer and those allergic to pollen must watch out.

The allergy can affect the throat, eyes, nose and sinuses. Victims often suffer runny nose and itchy eyes.

Antihistamine tablets, eye drops, nasal sprays help in relieving symptoms. Seek the advice of a GP without delay.
