Survey Reveals That 1 in 5 Parents Feel It is Better Their Kids are Beaten in School

One in five parents would prefer if their kids are beaten at school so that they will stay warned about not getting on a wrong path, a recent UK survey has revealed.

Almost four in ten parents say that corporal punishment to children would teach them right from wrong, states a poll carried out by MyVoucherCodes.co.uk.

On the other hand, one in five believe supporting the idea said that it would "strengthens character," reports the Daily Star.

"I am surprised at the amount of people who would welcome the return of this punishment," said the Matthew Clifton, of MyVoucherCodes.co.uk.
