In a recent survey it was found that Aussie men are more optimistic about the future than women.
The Allianz Future Optimism Index, conducted by NewsPoll, showed that whatever is the case, economy, crime levels or the environment, women were more doubtful about what was ahead, the Herald Sun reports.
The survey, covering1200 Australians, showed that 18 percent women admitted they were pessimistic about the country's economy, compared to only ten percent of men.
Also, only 13 percent women said they were optimistic about environment, compared to 17 percent of men.
Women scored higher levels of pessimism in all categories, including overall happiness.
