Preschoolers ride in strollers more and walk less, according to U.K.'s public health minister. It is a fact that children who are on strollers more could soon be battling obesity and its associated health problems.

Ensuring that the preschoolers walk along with the family is a good way to establish a routine where the whole family gets to exercise. 

"By taking steps such as encouraging children to walk to school, to eat healthily, or stop using buggies on short trips at the age of three, [parents and caregivers] can help ensure their children lead an active life", researchers said.
