Stretching may Take Care of Postural Issues
Stretching routines in any exercise regimen are vital because they prevent injury and increase the body's range of movement.

Experts say stretching is an important part of a balanced fitness program. The American College of Sports Medicine has issued guidelines which incorporate stretching into programs designed to improve overall health.

Inflexibility is a major cause of lower back pain and stretching may help release the tension in the muscles and ease this pain as well.
