A restaurant in Dhanbad town of Jharkhand is offering 140 varieties of dosas.
The 'Waikiki' restaurant offers dosas for various taste buds. A wholesome south Indian dish is the only demand of the customers.
''Throughout the day I make only dosas. I start making dosas from the morning itself,'' said Dilip, a cook.
The restaurant has been serving its local customers as well as customers from far off places for the last seven years.
''We come to this restaurant very often. I have been to many restaurants here, but the variety I have seen here is nowhere to be seen,'' said Poonam Lala, a customer.
Customers who turn up in this restaurant have the same appreciation about it.
''It's not only for the family ,but even teenagers gather here to enjoy the variety of dosas,'' said Dhruv Chawra, owner of the restaurant.
Dosa is a South Indian crepe made from rice and lentils. It is a typical South Indian food, taken as breakfast or dinner, and is rich in carbohydrates and protein.
