As the New Year unfolds, if one of your resolutions is to quit smoking, just do it as it is a sure shot way to good health.

According to recent report, smoking damages cells and tissues, causing grave harm. Imagine, just one cigarette can seriously damage DNA.

Start relaxation and deep breathing exercises. Keep a plan ready for those tempting moments in order to resist the urge to smoke.

Eat healthy food and exercise well.
