A recent study seems to suggest that left-handed individuals are at a great risk of suffering sleeping disorders as compared to their right-handed counterparts.
 Sleep Disorders may Affect Lefties More

The risk of periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD) is quite high among left-handed individuals, which could make them feel tired the whole day.

Researchers feel that there is a connection between left- or right-brain motor dominance and PLMD, which may offer a clue about its causes.
