Punjab University VC Asks Students to Help Eradicate Ragging
Punjab University vice-chancellor RC Sobti has called on research students to participate in the drive to eradicate ragging from the campus. Speaking to the students at an interaction program at Golden jubilee hall on Wednesday, he said it was important to erase ragging once and for all.

He also said research students could help in bridging the gap between students and the authorities. They could also take part in plantation drive and campus beautification initiatives, he added.

The vice-chancellor also asked them to work hard to get their research papers published.
