A teenage Victoria Beckham fan has revealed how a poster of her super-slim idol made her go through four years of anorexia hell.
Rachael Johnston, 17, considered the former Spice Girl as a role model to help her lose weight.
Thus, she pinned a photo of 35-year old Posh on her bedroom wall when she was 13.
However, over several years her weight fell from over eight stone to five.
And now Rachael, from Warrington, Cheshire, has lifted the lid of her anorexia ordeal and urged children not to try to copy super-thin celebs and models.
"Victoria Beckham was my ideal. I thought she looked great - skinny with big boobs. She's who I wanted to look like," The Daily Star quoted her as saying.
However, Rachael became so ill that at one point she even wrote about dying, saying: "I'd love a white coffin with pink flowers."
Rachael is now back up to seven stone and well on her way to a full recovery.
