Photo Uploaded on Facebook Saves 4-year Old Child's Life

A photo uploaded on Facebook helped save the life of a 4-year old. A worried father noticed an unusual rash on his son's body while putting him to sleep. He immediately took a photo and uploaded it on the social networking site.

Minutes after the upload Dr. Sara Barton identified that unusual rash as a symptom of acute lymphocytic leukemia and advised Philip Rice to take his son, Ted to the hospital. Ted was diagnosed with blood cancer and now has to undergo 3-years of grueling chemotherapy.
