Parents living in Los Angeles have been warned about the possibility of marijuana laced treats for Halloween with the Los Angeles County police asking parents to closely inspect the treats before giving it to their children.
LA County Director of Public Health, Jonathan Fielding said that while there have not been any previous instance of marijuana laced treats, they have received information from narcotics detectives about the possibility of such snacks being available this Halloween.
AdvertisementFielding went on to add that such snacks could be easily identified with a distinctive smell and said that such snacks pose a serious health risk to the general population.
