Hollywood actress Renee Zellweger's exercise obsession has wrecked havoc on her body.
The 38-year-old star admitted that she doesn't diet but keeps in shape through rigorous exercising schedules that has even caused serious damage to her joints.
"I ride my bike to the ocean, I dive in and then I ride my bike home. I also run between three and five miles, six days a week," Contact music quoted her as saying.
"In fact, I run until it hurts. I have knee and back injuries which mean I can't do any more than that. Oh, and I do yoga, too," she added.
The svelte star had gained two stone (12.7 kilograms) to play Bridget Jones. However, her gruelling exercise regime meant that she was back to her svelte self within weeks after shooting was over.
