With a new iPhone application, the iSurgeon, you'll soon be able to know what you wil look like after a boob job, facelift or just any plastic surgery.
The app was developed by American plastic surgeon Dr Michael Salzhauer, who wanted to cut down the time he spent on consultations.
All users have to do is take a photo of the body part they want to change then glide a finger over the screen to make it bigger, smaller, narrower or wider. They can also "perform" surgery on pics of friends and celebs.
Users can then email their altered photos to the Miami Beach- based doctor.
He then tells them if the changes are possible and how much they would cost.
"A lot of people wonder what they would look like if they could change themselves but they may be nervous about coming into the office," News of the World quoted him as saying.
"This will help them find out if they are actually interested and, if they are, they can seek out a certified plastic surgeon to follow it up.
"Consultations can take up to three hours - this only takes a few minutes and can be done in private," he added.
