New Bistro at Delhi to Offer World-class Cuisine Experience
"The difference between international and world cuisine is infinitesimal but essential to the dining experience," said Sudhir Goria, director of the Knight restro-bar that opened on Friday.
Knight is an extension of the multi-cuisine Castle 9 restaurant and lounge located in the same premises.
"We are planning to open a hotel, an Indian restaurant, a banquet hall and a 24x7 coffee shop by 2010, targeting the Commonwealth Games," Goria said.
The Knight menu features exotic palette-tickling offerings like Louisiana seafood chowder, Hungarian goulash, roast duck with orange sauce, and grilled Australian chops, all this interspersed with a fine selection of wines.
Vegetarians have not been forgotten and there is plenty on offer for them too.
