Over weight is a disease that is generally self created. In North India it passes off simply as ' Khata Peetha Ghar ka hai'. You will neverr find a less educated person who is doing manual labour overweight. They will have even at the age of 60 abdominal six packs. It goes equally for women from that section of society. It is the rich who are obese. So let them be charged princely amount for the treatment because it is more as a punishment for them. The money so collected should be used for providing medical aid in rural areas. m j prakadan changanacherry
