Lindsay’s Toxicology Reports Confirm Drug Use During Car Crash

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan’s toxicology reports have confirmed that she was drunk and had cocaine in her system during an early morning crash in Beverly Hills on Memorial Day weekend.

According to multiple law enforcement sources, the reports say that the Mean Girls star had cocaine and “nearly twice the legal amount” of alcohol in her system when she was arrested last month and cited for driving under the influence.

Lohan crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. around 5:30 AM on May 26.

The police report filed at the time of the crash accounted two other adults and a “usable amount” of cocaine in the car.

Sources say that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.

“It's highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case. It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it,” TMZ quoted Lohan’s lawyer Blair Berk, as saying.

After the crash Lohan was treated in a hospital for minor injuries and then later booked for possible DUI.
