Jobs Lost as Medical Facility Shifts from Hampshire
At least 100 jobs will be lost as the Ministry of Defence has decided to shift its medical facilities from Hampshire to the Midlands.

But the MoD has stressed that there would be no compulsory redundancies in Gosport, where the medical training facility is housed at Fort Blockhouse near to Haslar hospital.

The move from Gosport is the latest one as the government plans to overhaul military medical bases.
