Jessica Simpson's '5-Factor Diet' to Get a 'toned' Body
It looks like Jessica Simpson is desperate to stun people with the way she looks, for the pop singer/actress reportedly shed around 11.3 kilograms in one month.

The 26-year-old is on a strict diet routine of 1,300-calorie-a-day, set by her celeb trainer Harley Pasternak, and she even got him to deliver the nutritional meals delivered to her doorstep.

Simpson followed the '5-Factor Diet and Fitness' plan set by the most sought after personal trainer.

Earlier Vanessa Williams, Katherine Heigl and Simpson's on-off boyfriend John Mayer have also stuck to the 5-Factor Diet to get back in shape.

According to Pasternak who has been a trainer and guest judge in 'Canada's Next Top Model', the 'Sweet Kisses' singer is getting a toned body without losing her femininity.

'We're making Jessica taut and toned without taking away her femininity,' Contactmusic quoted Pasternak, as saying.
