Jade Goody, the well known star of 'Big Brother', who has been in the news recently due to her battle with cancer was yet again admitted to the hospital on the verge of a collapse.
The former Big Brother star is said to be in 'excruciating pain' after her latest bout of chemotherapy.
The 27-year-old was taken to London's Royal Marsden Hospital after falling ill at home in Upshire, Essex.
She got discharged the next day but was violently ill after returning home and readmitted herself.
"Jade has gone through an awful few days and has been very ill," the Sun quoted a friend, as saying.
"She collapsed at the end of the week and had to go back into hospital.
"She is a fighter, but the treatment has just taken everything out of her and she has been in excruciating pain," the friend added.
Her latest in a string of collapses means she may not be well enough to attend a 'welcome home' party for her beau Jack Tweed this week in central London.
Jade's spokesman Max Clifford said: "Jade has been in a lot of pain and she is going through hell.
"It is a battle for life, but her condition has not worsened and treatment is ongoing," he added
