Great news! More and more clinical studies are being done on the benefits of dark chocolate. The only caution is that many of these values are decreased or destroyed in the processing of "chocolate" through heat. I've found Xocai chocolate is produced through a patented "cold processing technology" - preserving the highest antioxidant values making it "healthy".
