Hugh Grant Seeks Psychiatric Help to Cope With Film Pressure
Hugh Grant is seeking psychiatric help to deal with the pressure that bogs him down while filming the first scenes of every new flick.

The 49-year-old Grant confesses that he is "a nervous wreck" when he begins a new project as the pressure of delivering a hit is too much.

"The bigger the budget is, the more they're paying you, the more nervous you get as an actor," Contactmusic quoted him as telling the Globe mag.

"I've tried everything. Yoga, breathing techniques, every pill you can imagine, both chemical and herbal. Nothing has really worked.

"I even had to see a psychiatrist about it. He gave me all kinds of techniques. All of them (were) utterly useless," he added.
