Heavy Breast Implants Injure Beauty Pageant Contestant
A beauty pageant contestant toppled off the stage after she failed to handle the weight of her silicone chest.

Alexandra Horvath, 23, was participating in Miss Plastic competition where the only contestants are women with breast implants and facelifts.

The implants caused Horvath to lose her balance as she paraded in six-inch high heels - tearing a ligament and ending up in hospital.

"She had not got used to the extra weight on top and her new hair extensions got in her eyes - she just lost her balance and tore a ligament in her foot badly," the Independent quoted a Horvath's friend as saying.

Miss Plastic features 'Man Made' patients of the country's leading surgeons showing off everything from boob jobs and liposuction to hair transplants.
