The girl was found yesterday morning after police and firefighters responded to a call for help at a condominium complex in Alpharetta, which is about 30 miles north of Atlanta.

She was airlifted to an Atlanta children's hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The girl's father and aunt, both Haitian nationals, were arrested on charges of murder and felony child cruelty, Alpharetta police spokesman George Gordon said.

Formal charges against the girl's father and aunt are pending.

I'm wondering what came to the minds of this little girl's father and aunt to give her alcohol to drink? Perhaps they are just bored and got nothing interesting to do so they ganged up on this poor girl. This is really outrageous!
