Earlier, Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that the government has adopted a "multi-pronged strategy" to curb the spread of swine flu virus and there was no reason to panic.

Azad said that there was "no need to worry about the influenza as it is fully curable" and enough medicines are available in the country.

The title of the story is seriously misleading. The word 'toll' refers to deaths (according to an old custom, the bells of a church 'toll' to announce the death of a person). While in this case, swine flu cases have been reported only and there have been no deaths so far (God forbid!).
Secondly, four more should 'test' positive and not 'tests' positive.
