Fear of Cancer Looms Large

A recent poll conducted by research company YouGov which sought the response of nearly 2, 056 adults about the one health risk they feared the most, nearly 35% confessed that cancer was most scary.

Among the cancers, women feared breast cancer the most.

25% of the respondents were scared about Alzheimer's disease, while 7% feared motor neurone disease.    

Fear of HIV seemed to haunt only 2% of the respondents and 3% feared death due to heart disease.
