New mothers in Indonesia who want to continue with their jobs and yet do not want to compromise on providing breast milk for their babies can bank on the innovative service- the breast-milk courier.
Courier staff on motorbikes carry expressed breast milk from office of working mothers. Expressed breast milk is stored in cool bags and is carried to baby sitters and grandmothers taking care of the infants at home. The charges are Ģ2.20 to Ģ3 for each delivery.
This unique service is the brain child of Fikri Nauval, 40, who owns a cargo and document shipping business.
"I would like to help this nation build a better generation by helping working mothers deliver breast milk to their babies at home," said Mr Nauval.
