Drinking Coffee can Cut Risk of Stroke

New research has suggested that the risk of a stroke can be reduced significantly by drinking two to three cups of coffee a day.

Drinking Coffee can Cut Risk of Stroke

Researchers discovered that those who drank two cups of coffee a day were benefitted by a 14 % reduced risk of suffering a clot on the brain compared to those who did not drink coffee.

Drinking three to four cups a day brought down the risk of a stroke by 17%.  

Researchers also said having more than three or four cups of coffee did not provide added protection.
