Pop singer Lily Allen has admitted that she had to undergo a therapy to cope up with her miscarriage.
The Smile singer, who lost the baby of Chemical Brothers' Ed Simons in January, said that she was depressed after the miscarriage and needed therapy.
"I was in a very, very dark place after the whole thing happened," the Mirror quoted her as saying.
"That was the toughest thing I've had to go through in my life," she added.
After months of one-on-one sessions, the 23-year-old singer said that she felt life was turning around.
"He's really, really helping me. I feel it's getting better and everything's going to be OK," she added.
