Note: 1 On 21st December 2009, 16554 passengers have been screened at 11 Airports with 83 counters manned by 90 doctors and 53 paramedics. Total passengers screened till date is 10005841.
2. Till date, samples from 105534 persons have been tested for Influenza A H1N1 in Government Laboratories. And a few private Laboratories across the country and 24210 (22.94%) of them have been found positive.
3. Out of the 240 cases reported during the day 5 are having history of foreign travel and rest are indigenous cases.
4. Reports of two earlier deaths (Kerala-1 and Punjab -1) have been received from the health authorities of the respective states and are reflected in the cumulative total.
