Three years ago, 36-year-old Claire Blair was devastated to learn that she had breast cancer. Doctors gave her two weeks to live during which she and her husband Mark spent their 10th anniversary in Bali.

They also took their kids to Disney World and had great fun. Three years later Claire is still alive and thriving as a sales officer.

"I was told I had about two weeks to live because the cancer had spread to my liver and bones," Claire recalled. "There was no time to waste. Even if I was sick nothing was going to stop me getting out and making memories for my children and husband."

Brave Claire has had repeated rounds of chemotherapy at Ipswich Hospital and has used the drug herceptin to battle her cancer.
