Brits Feel Youthful as They Age
However, over-40s only feel six years younger, the poll of 1,250 Britons aged 40 to 78 revealed.
Nearly half of men quizzed thought hobbies kept them young, while around a third put it down to their partner, reports The Sun.
In case of women, friends, diet and pets made them feel youthful.
Many of the Brits said that the internet took years off them mentally while others cited playing their Xbox and clubbing.
Sex was also a popular way of keeping young.
One man even admitted seducing older women to feel youthful.

So romping Brits feels youthful; no wonder when they go on holiday to exotic places like Spain and Greece they make themselves so footloose and available - be it a girl or boy.
