Britons More Familiar With Celeb Lives Than That of Neighbours
While they may be aware of the intricacies in the lives of their fav pop stars and footballers, Brits admit to knowing little about those who live next door.

According to a survey, nearly half of Britons -49 percent - are more familiar with their favourite celebrity than with those down the lane.

The results showed that on an average, a person knows the names of only seven people in their neighbourhood.

In 1982, this figure stood at 13, reports the Scotsman.

The YouGov research found the majority of people - 66 per cent - interact with their neighbours once a week or less.
