Botched Circumcisions Kill 31 Teen Boys In South Africa
Deaths continue to plague this age-old tradition despite the passing of a Circumcision Act in 2001 which is aimed at regulating the practice.
Last month, a boy was admitted to hospital with a nearly severed rotting penis, after being cut by an untrained traditional surgeon.

I am strongly against any male where boy or man should be forced into having their foreskin removed unles it is for medical reasons and I beleave that a male has the right to make his own mind up from the age of 18 or 21 in some countries This is against the persons right.
