Blueberries Fibre Could Protect Against Colon Cancer
A new study claims that the fibre in blueberries soothes upset stomachs and could even protect against colon cancer.

Scientists at Sweden's Lund University suggested that blueberries mixed with probiotic yoghurt could be the best way to treat a sore tummy, reports The Daily Express.

According to the boffins, the best results were achieved when the superfood was eaten with probiotics, such as those found in yoghurt.

Researcher Camilla Branning said the fruit had an "extremely positive effect".
