At last justice has caught up with an Australian who sexually assaulted his three daughters and forced them to bestiality acts.
The details are shocking, but no names have been revealed.
The South Australian District Court heard the 66-year-old also coerced his daughters to have sex with his cousin and a friend between 1967 and 1980 at his suburban Campbelltown house.
He then had incestuous relationships with each of the girls in the late 1980s, the youngest was aged six years at the time.
The court heard the man assaulted the girls first as young children, on some occasions forcing them to have sexual contact with a dog.
The abuse continued over two decades as the girls become adults, when the man had a sexual relationship with them.
Before sentencing on Wednesday, the horrid father, hailing from Adelaide, pleaded guilty to 13 offences including four counts of carnal knowledge, three of indecent assault, four of incest and two of unlawful sexual intercourse.
Judge Dean Clayton said he found it difficult to imagine worse conduct on the women than that committed by their father.
"The young girls were humiliated and degraded," Judge Clayton told the court.
"They have suffered emotionally since the time of the offending and will no doubt continue to suffer for the whole of their lives.
"In each case their ability to lead a normal and happy life has been destroyed."
