In case there's a zombie attack sometime in the future, it's better to be prepared, isn't it? Fitness freaks in Chicago have come up with a new training regime that teaches you how to deal with the living dead - ZombieFit!

The programme is the brainchild of Rich Gatz, a 28-year-old lawyer.

"If you're ready for the zombie apocalypse, you're ready for anything," The New York Daily News quoted Gatz, as telling the Tribune.

Based on the practice of parkour, ZombieFit comprises running obstacle courses, climbing and vaulting over the everyday detritus of an urban terrain.
