Leeds nightclub has caused a stir after it advertised a 50percent discount on entry to the first 50 "sluts".

Pamphlets featuring nude women with a sex toy were distributed in a city centre.

They said the Mint Club was holding a "Slut party - 8-pound entry to the first 50 sluts". The event was called Filth.

Four people blasted the flyers saying they "demeaned women" and children could see them.

The Advertising Standards Authority banned the flyers for being vulgar.

"The ad featured imagery of female nudity in a collage which centred on an image of a sex toy," the Sun quoted a statement from the Authority, as saying.

It added: "We considered that the imagery, in conjunction with the title of the event, The Slut Party, and text that stated ' 8-pound entry to the first 50 sluts', was likely to cause serious offence to those who believed it was sexually explicit and degrading to women."
