Storyline : A successful author Mort Rainey, divorces his wife for illegal relationships and moves from the city to the countryside. Suddenly on one day a man named John Shooter comes to his house and accuses him of stealing his story from him. Although Mort believes things can be solved by showing him his original version which was published two2 years before Shooter in 1995, he fails to get the original copy before the time stipulated by Shooter. Strange events prevent Mort from finding the original, and Mort tries to investigate who is Shooter and if he is responsible for all that went wrong.
