Storyline : 'E' stands for Easwaran, a slum youth who indulges in drunken bouts and rowdyism. E finds his love in Jyoti, a bar dancer and a purpose in life when he meets Nellai Mani, a terrorist and Ramakrishna, a doctor. E tries to help the doctor from the terrorist but comes to know of the true colors of the doctor who researches on new drugs. Poor patients are used as guinea pigs, for testing the new drugs, which results in many deaths.
