Storyline : Peter Parker, a nerdy high-schooled is orphaned as a child, bullied by jocks, and is not able to confess that he loves Mary Jane Watson. His life is miserable until one day during a laboratory excursion a runaway radioactive spider bites him and his life undergoes a change. Peter acquires a muscle-bound physique, clear vision, ability to cling to surfaces and crawl over walls, and can shoot webs from his wrist. However his fun is shortlived. An eccentric millionaire Norman Osborn administers a performance enhancing drug on himself and emerges as Green Goblin. So, Peter Parker has to become Spider-Man and win over Green Goblin, who could even kill him. They do come face to face and only one of them will survive at the end
