Storyline : Andrew Beckett, a gay lawyer infected with AIDS, is fired from his Law firm in fear of contracting the disease from him. Andrew makes a last attempt to sue the law firm with the help of a homophobic lawyer, Joe Miller. The lawyer realizes Andrew is not different from ordinary people sheds his homophobia and helps Becket before AIDS overcomes him.
